Most of you have known me for years and Carol almost as long.. You have most
likely met my husband Tony and seen pictures of my twin girls Izzy & Angie. And you know how much I love
my job as your dog walker, pet sitter and cat lover. But, it is with a heavy heart I tell you I will be relocating
to Ohio with my husband before the end of the year.
I know this is quick and probably short notice for you.
However, my husband was offered a position in Ohio that, will bring him closer to his older girls (many of you have
met) and the career opportunity is EXACTLY what he has always wished for and wanted.
I have
searched my soul and tried to figure out a way to make my move as painless as possible for you (my extended family)
and had thought about selling my business. But after interviewing potential buyers, I did not feel comfortable handing
over my keys and pets let alone yours over to just anyone... even if I could make a lot of money off the sale.
Therefore I changed my approach.
I did my research on my competition here in Parker and found
one name that kept floating to the top with amazing references and who’s reliable... Nadene with Step
In Pet Care. I met with Nadene and explained my predicament and asked for her help. I felt an
instant kinship with her as she really does take her business very seriously and is really “there”
for clients and I had hoped she would be “there” for my clients. Happily, she agreed.
So, the transition will be happening November 1, 2010. Paws-itive
Pet Sitting (Parker, CO) will merge with Step In Pet Care
under Nadene’s watchful eye.
I will try to personally introduce all of you to Nadene
but I may not get the chance due to scheduling conflicts. Nadene has all your reservations along with your information
and is prepared to honor them. Carol will be working with Nadene and Step In Pet Care at least through
the end of the year.
I hope to see each one of you before I leave but if I am unable, please
know you will always be a part of my life and I cherished every moment with your pet. I will miss you and your
furry family members.
